Just pre-paid $30infuel and was not able toget arefund even though Idid not pump any gas and was told that Ijust needed toallow that purchase tostay pending onmy account and was forced tore-purchase another $30and ifyou’re just toget mygas and then was basically rushed out ofthe store sothey could try tohelp other customers even though Iwas not done being helped they just didn’t want toexcept any responsibility!

I’m adisabled individual and for years have tried toignore the rudeness/harshness from 3employees inparticular for the last few years. Ithink they need tobe retrained onhow tointeract with customer’s especially ones who aren’t able bodied. Iwork customer service and know how nice itis tohave akind customer soI amalways polite, and Iam usually treated the sameway. There are many employees Ireally like but 3in particular have hurt myfeelings for the last few years and I’m over it. They need torethink how they treat others.… – show

While Iusually enjoy going here, today at12:00PM(noon) amale employee (I didn’t catch his name, didn’t see atag) asked mewhat Ido for work and when Itold him hesaid “well shame onyou!” And then turned and left mysight. This was extremely disrespectful. Idon’t know ifthey meant itas ajoke ornot but regardless, itisn’t acceptable. The other two female employees inthe store atthe time were very nice, Ihave noproblems with them. They’re the only reason this place isn’t getting1star after myexperience today.… – show

Baby Dean & DaDa stop infor aquick stop toget drinks, snacks and sometimes more. The employeesKim, Rachel & Ashley are always happy and fantastic. Truly the reason wekeep going back isthe fantastic employees, too bad management atMaverick are always Bah Hum Bugs!

The lady checking mywife and Iout this morning was sorude tous and everyone else inline! All ofthe customers were insuch agood moodtoo! Ihope the cashier gets ina better mood but itwas very off putting also the bathrooms are disgusting.

Disappointed with this maverick. Right when wewalked inthere was trash and cups all over the floor. Almost all oftheir hot drink options had asign saying busted. Their fountain drinks had several option out aswell. Ilike maverick and would like tosee this location dobetter.

This Maverick ismy go-to before mykids' soccer games. The employees are always friendly and helpful. And Ilove itthat they have mountain dew zero. Ialways get alarge mountain tozero with one drop ofcoconut and one drop ofmango. And ifI'm feeling fun Iadd ina little bit ofcodered. Tryit! You won't bedisappointed.

While it’s asmaller store (may have been a7—11atone time) the employees are always courteous and the store’s always clean and stocked.
Other reviewers have whined and complained about having towear amask togain access. Don’t see how it’s any different from any other business given the current state ofCOVID-19. Wear your masks, dummies.

Tried togo inand purchase acouple ofthings and got called out infront ofan entire store full ofpeople for forgetting mymask. Tried totell the front desk lady politely that I'll just leave then and itwould beno big deal. She continued totalk overme, Ijust walked out leaving myitems ontheir counter. Calling meout ona simple mistake infront ofa store full ofpeople was embarrassing and incalledfor.

Pretty decent Maverik onMainSt. Smaller location with only afew pumps open, pretty clean location, only thing islater atnight you'll sometimes get some ofthe drunk people from across the street from bars making commotion sokinda beon the lookout
